We wanted to go out of Taipei and take a high speed rail to another city. We decided to travel down south to Kaohshiung in Taiwan’s southwest, where street art is at its finest. The Pier 2 Art Center is more than just street art – it’s a whole art district from what used to be gigantic warehouses, remnants of the city’s “industrial” past.
